The development of television in the decades has been transformed from the CRT screen to flat screen TV. Evolving from simple analog channels to watch the clouds versatile two-way information transmission, the future television will be the center of home information integration and share content information with mobile devices. TV products composed of many different industries, including panels, backlit industry, and TV IC chip design and back-end TV assembly factories. The supply chains of these industries were booming earlier, and through the continuous integration by mergers and acquisitions have formed the bigger trend. Since the LCD TV industry has been mature and the encountered the market saturation and, lower tariffs, the Taiwanese LCD TV manufacturers faces fierce competition and challenges. Therefore, by using Five Forces Analysis to examine the competitive advantages of the domestic LCD TV manufacturers to propose the future of Taiwan LCD TV's competitive strategies. We hope the findings of this research can be the development references for domestic LCD TV manufacturers. In this research, Taiwanese LCD TV manufacturers are analyzed and examined by the internal and external analysis. The information collected and, the results of experts interviews are, summarized for the, and S company case studies, and lastly propose the best suggestions of Blue Ocean Strategy for the competitiveness of domestic LCD TV industry.
