| Popis: | 104 The purpose of this thesis is to explore the publicness of sports centers from the perspectives in elaborating, implementing, and carrying out the public policies. In this thesis, the writer uses document analyzing and interviewing the dealers to find out the dynamics behind the publicness of sports centers regarding the cultural governance in cultural studies. This research confirms with the intention of public welfare in establishing sports centers and that the cause of founding sports centers was highly related to the body-health values of Former President Ying-jeou Ma. Considering the democratization of the election and the transition of social welfare, certainly there are articulations between the sports centers and the evaluations of Ma's Governance. With the democratization of local governments, however, the publicness of the sports centers in different periods was influenced by the facts such as government parties and the various goals of the principal-agents. This thesis suggests to develop the sports centers in forms of sports popularizing/promoting centers, to elicit the affection similar to traditional ritual fair bonding, and to work with volunteers to consolidate the township and to reconstruct the value of sports. |
