Popis: | 104 The purpose of this study was to explore elementary school and junior high school teachers' status and needs of support services for teaching students with emotional or behavioral disorders in Yunlin County. This study used questionnaire survey procedure, and the valid samples were 197 general teachers in Yunlin county. The major findings are as follows: 1. The support services of general education are not sufficient for general teachers ; the services are provided by the school counselors’ office. 2. The satisfaction of general education support services is not high. 3. General teachers seldom get special education support services. 4. General teachers are satisfied with special education support services. 5. General teachers have the highest support need in assessment and the lowest support need in teaching. 6. General teachers need crisis management, the parent consultation, special education advocacy, human resources, and less administrative work most. |
