| Popis: | 工業工程與管理系EMBA班 103 Recently, Business and facing a new round of energy crisis and economic problem. The whole world is followed with the issue of energy saving and environmental protection. According to the tendency, the industry of power supply is devoted to enhance the product efficiency. The industry scale of power supply of Taiwan is the highest area of the world. The manufacturing and marketing systems are also almost all over the world so that industry of power supply is linked tightly with the globe market. When each of personal computer is decreased by 1% on the efficiency of power supply, the electric power could be save more than 10 power-stations produced one year. This shows that the industry of power supply is highly tight with the issue of energy saving and environmental protection, including the quality issue and solution. This Study synthesize useful information on the research with the case of L Company which is leading in Product Lifecycle Management theory to manage product. The case will discuss how to make the strategy on the process of new product development on power supply industry and how to enhance the effects. This study also integrates with academic research and actual situation to summarize as a system of Product Lifecycle Management, including the problem Companies met during the product manufacturing, sale, recycling, and repairing. The research result of this study shows that if companies use the system of PALM, it could help them to shorten development times, decrease the failure rate and avoid to make the same mistake while developing the new product. These finding also could be the reference of correlated research. |
