Popis: | 103 The research is that Mercury(II)-catalyzed cyclization of (2-alkynylphenyl)alkyl sulfoxides provides 3-Acylbenzo[b]thiophenes and applied to synthesize the anti-cancer drug which have benzothiophene structure and derivatives. In the process, anti-cancer drug – Raloxifene(8b) and antitubulin agent(9a) had been synthesized effectively. In the research process, we also found the phenomenon that Palladium (II) compound can conduct catalyzed coupling and catalyzed cyclization in one-pot reaction. On the other hand, we also discussed the different coupling reaction effect between the sulfane and sulfoxide. The outcome is that the reactivity of sulfoxide is better than sulfane. |
