A Study of the Service Experience and Satisfaction of Children Friendly Restaurants Abstract The purpose of this research is to study relationship of service experience of children-friendly restaurants and customers’ satisfaction. The research methods includes directly involved observation, expert discussion of a picture book children-friendly restaurant and a questionnaire survey of sample of 350 (N=350) parents. The quantitative data were analyzed by mean, frequency distribution, independent t-test, ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusions were as followings: 1.Different education level, number of children and occupations of customers have significant difference on the satisfaction of children-friendly restaurant. 2.Different education level of customers have significant difference on satisfaction of children-friendly restaurant experience. 3.There is positive relationship between service expirence and satisfaction of children-friendly resaturants. 4.The implication of this study is to provide another perspective of children related business and its innovative service model.
