Popis: | 103 A mother's love is the purest and unselfish love. Being a mother makes me realize the hope of a mom is children can be safe and well during the growing years. According to Psychiatrist Erikson, eight distinct stages that occur throughout the lifespan, which are Infancy, Early Childhood, Preschool, School Age, Adolescence, Young Adulthood, Middle Adulthood and Maturity. Each stage is regarded a psychosocial crisis. According to the theory, successful completion of each stage results in a healthy personality. The theme “Crises & Beauty” is to convey this concept. Based on Erikson’s eight stages of lifespan, ideas of this work are inspired by my daughter’s growing stages. Silver is used as the main material of this work. Wax carving and metal welding technics and more materials like cloth and pearl are applied for enriching the whole concept. This work is not only to express my endless emotion for my daughter and to wish her can walk along a stable path during each stage of growth that for her to live a fulfilling life, but also to evoke emotions from viewers. |
