| Popis: | 102 The main purpose of the study is to investigate the career planning of the water polo athletes in Kaohsiung City. The objects are the players on the Kaohsiung City team. In-depth interview was adopted to investigate the learning process, career planning, and employment and to understand whether the qualifications and experience benefits the current positions. The objects are chosen from the members of Kaohsiung water polo team, and they have to practice for at least three years, and their ages are from 17 to 38. The main results of the study are as followings： First, when making career plans, the water polo athletes are influenced by coaches the most. Second, the identity of water polo athletes benefits and influences their careers highly and positively. Third, it’s suggested that the water polo athletes should be aware of the importance of career planning. They have to enrich themselves to face the challenges in the future. |
