Popis: | 102 The vocational education has been playing a prominent role in Taiwan. With the enormous rapid growth of industry and dramatic advance in hospitality development, the influence of studying vocational education has stepped forward to a new era. This study is to focus on three factors, justice beliefs, classroom climate and learning motivation, which are inseparable from students. The purpose of this study is to identify problems regarding to hospitality-major students'' justice experience, classroom climate and learning motivation in vocational high schools. The research report was administered by Belief in a Just World (BJW) scale, Learning Motivation Inventory and Classroom Climate scale. The significant findings of the research are as follows: The variable of different students’ backgrounds would directly influence all three factors; students’ justice experience affect to classroom climate; the classroom climate would considerably lead students’ learning motivation; their learning motivation would be completely driven their justice experience and classroom climate. According to the results, the advice for teachers would be on interesting, creative, and multicultural teaching methods. For the other, teachers supposed to let students be able to develop one''s potential abilities with the aid of participating equally in class business for reaching a righteousness class climate. Teachers should try the best to establish a better classroom climate and to create a harmonious atmosphere. This thesis could be essential to not only teachers but also other researchers as a valuable reference. |
