With the impact of globalization, Taiwan and countries around the world, like the exchange in terms of the economic, academic, cultural and other increasingly frequent, but also more dependent reflected maintained a close relationship with. Taiwan not only because of its geographical location, coupled with the special political and economic status of Taiwan has been in a multicultural atmosphere, but also makes the opportunity to meet people and expatriates changed much. And in recent years, a significant number of the population growth of new immigrants, especially because the marriage relationship to the new immigrant women in Taiwan, Taiwan's population structure has made a tremendous change. This paper attempts to thinking and vision care ethics, analyzes explore new female immigrants living in Taiwan when their lives how to handle the situation, and how should we treat them. First discusses the basic theory and value of care ethics and compare the differences concern ethics and other ethics and ethics of care in dealing with the new emphasis on immigrant women better than other ethical qualities of life in the Taiwan issue. Then explore new female immigrants whose native background, motivation and problem marrying controversy in Taiwan, and Taiwanese community prejudice and discrimination against them arising. Finally, I expect to care ethics "emotional care" create a "caring relationship" environment-friendly as the guiding principle. Generate new immigrant women encounter relations with Taiwan because this land, we are interdependent, rather than the difference between "I" "he" and we have to make Taiwan a better piece of land shared responsibility in the number of new immigrant women gradually increased, while the number of new immigrant children also increases, which relates to the future of Taiwan, uphold the "no care is immoral" principle, and the new concept of immigrant women's problem is our problem, and I hope to be care ethics to create a friendly environment.
