| Popis: | 101 In the past people in order to reuse a damaged ceramic supplies, try to use a variety of materials for repair, so ceramic products can be reused, so how long the history of ceramics, ceramic restorations history probably there are long, this thesis is divided into three parts following were introduced: The first part introduce the restoration of ceramic history,according to repair records and reports to understand the fill material, UV Fluorescence characteristics and, through means of showing the actual repair after repair past material appearance, contemporary restoration methods and materials are disposed of nearly three decades abroad ceramic conservators reported as search object, research today fill material type, advantages and disadvantages, repair methods and so on. The second part classified material as plaster filling materials, polymer fill material, wax fill material in three directions, there are fourteen groups of a series of experiments included tensile tests, bending tests, temperature expansion and contraction testing, hardness testing, light aging test, water absorption test six kinds of ceramic filling material mechanical properties and environmental aging factors do understanding. The third part focused on ceramic restoration in kind, combined with the previously mentioned ceramic restorations theory and experiment, respectively, for polymer clay, hard pottery, porcelain, use the research to fill the selected experimental test materials for repair, after the actual repair of the ceramic artifacts, showing different filling materials and ceramics as well as the technology needed to repair concept.
