In this paper, using the finite element analysis software MagneForce an inner rotor wheel hub brushless DC motor (Brushless DC motor, BLDC) motors and mechanical characteristics of simulation analysis, and optimization parameters for the start of the motor running properties and enhance efficiencydesign. The motor and mechanical characteristics of the motor will change with the difference in the structural combination, the coil windings and material selection, mainly to the constituent elements of the motor coil wire diameter, accounting groove rate, the number of parallel winding, permanent magnet type and magnet thickness as the basis of the characteristics of analog motor, and is set to optimize the experimental factors. Last Taguchi method to estimate a variety of the best combination of fuzzy theory dual response surface method, able to combine the motor starter is designed in accordance with the best combination of parameters, running characteristics and high efficiency of structure. Relevant data to provide a brushless DC motor designers and industry reference.
