| Popis: | 101 The development of technology brings convenience and advance to human life. Although Taiwan hasn’t signed any related international environmental agreements, as one of the major emitters, we should tackle this issue and endeavor to cut down greenhouse gases emission so as to protect the environment. It is confirmed that greenhouse gas emission is one of the technology risk issues, but the system of traditional law study is inadequate to protect citizens’ survival and health rights. Thus, the precautionary principle in the international laws is significant to this issue. However, the authority is more often than not limited by insufficient resources and illegitimacy during the process of regulating greenhouse gases emission. Therefore, it is necessary to bring up the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and makes enterprise with advanced technology responsible for it. Nevertheless, the practice of Corporate Social Responsibility can’t be solely relied on the voluntary enterprise; it must be done by national policy and measures. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to provide suggestion in terms of greenhouse gases mitigation by inspecting international and domestic measures. |
