Health promotion in Taiwan gradually has being taken seriously. Beginning in 2007, the government began to promote “Self-accreditation of healthy workplace”. It is expecting Taiwan enterprises to move towards the more comprehensive healthy workplace and promote people's health. In addition to health check and a non-smoking environment, it’s important to create a good environment for diet and exercise. Not only to provide the diverse sports and health and nutrition restaurant, but also to import health management system. Health management system can record a personal diet and exercise habits, and get knowledge about Physiological information and health information. Also this system allows the company to understand the employees' health information and then give some improvements for disease control. This study, which is based on the technology acceptance model and the theory of planned behavior, can investigate the employees’ intention of using the health management system. This study is the deep interviews to the cases which the people used this health management system and three different participation rate of respondents collect relevant information. A result, the employees feel that the health management system perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly positive correlation attitude, and perceived ease of use positive correlation perceived usefulness. Using the health management system of attitude toward behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control has positive correlation behavioral intention. And employees to use health management system acceptance model is verified.
