This research present a topology structure optimization, including spring suspension parts and assembling draw of a welfare vehicle chassis, which designed by finite element method. The first procedure is specifying the minimum frequency, maximum deformation, and maximum stress value as the state variables, the distance of cross rail and chassis frame be the design variable, and provide the variable scope. To achieve the light weighting design, we select a demanding length as the target value with optimization analysis. The results from this welfare vehicle chassis analysis are presented to show by applying parametric optimization could obtain the best design in a regular structure.
