On Applying Taguchi Method to Analyze The Properties Interdependence of Fine Polyamide Fabric due to The Thermal Momentum

This paper use fine Denier lightweight fabric to do research .And to establish the physical properties of the optimal control model by Taguchi method. And to use “Nominal-the-best analysis”,” Larger-the-better analysis” and “Smaller-the-better analysis” respectively to take the research by air permeability, tear strength and color differential value. Have a target in the permeability. Dyeing conditions factor and Calendering temperature factor can concentrate on the experimental data. Calendering temperature factor and speed factor control the permeability to the target. Have a maximum value in the tear strength of warp. Calendering pressure and temperature factor can concentrate on the experimental data. Have a maximum value in the tear strength of weft. Calendering pressure and speed factor can concentrate on the experimental data. Have a minimum value in the color’s tolerance. Yellow and red main control factor are Calendering pressure and Calendering speed. Blue is Calendering temperature. At the last .Considering all of the thermal momentum. Four control factors (Dyeing conditions, Calendering temperature, Calendering speed, Calendering pressure) the share of the right weight is 28%, 20%, 20%, 32%.
