A Study on the Fabrication and Physical Properties of PA6/Fe2NiO4@Graphite Sheet Composite Materials

Popis: | 100 In this study, composite master batch with Electromagnetic Shielding function were produced from Fe2NiO4@ Graphite Sheet(GS), which has been added during the process of PA6 (Polyamide6, Nylon6) in situ polymerization.Fe2NiO4@GS composite powder with various ratios was added with ε-caprolactam (CPL) during the synthesis of PA6. The PA 6/Fe2NiO4@GS composite powder was fed into injection molding machine after polymerization, purification and vacuum drying procedure. The effect of PA6/Fe2NiO4@GS composite with various ratios of Fe2NiO4@GS on the mechanical, thermal, chemical, physical and electromagnetic shielding Effectivenss were investigated. Fe2NiO4@GS powder as a functional materials with 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0 wt% and PA6 as a main content were added together to prepare the functional nano composite with impurity. Composites property evaluation can be divided into two ways such as physical, chemical and functional test. Basic tests includes mechanical properties analysis with tensile test, thermal properties analysis with thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), physical properties from relative viscometer, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) analysis for surface topography, chemical structure analysis by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). Functional test includes electromagnetic shielding Effectiveness Test. The mechanical properies shows the addition of Fe2NiO4@GS will reduce the toughness of composite. The reduction of initial decomposition temperature and melting point mach with the downward trend was found from thermal analysis. SEM observation shows the addition of Fe2NiO4@GS caused not significant differences on the surface morphology. EDS analysis shows the very even distribution of Fe2NiO4 on the GS surface. The data of FTIR analysis showed neither new group was not obvious displacement was happened. The EMSE properties of composite increased with the addition of Fe2NiO4@GS and 1.0 wt% added Fe2NiO4@GS composites is showing the best effect such as 32dB. |
