Popis: | 100 The leaves were freshly harvested from Ficus formosana Maxim. After cleaning and immedately air-dried, the leaves were steam- distilled for essential oils. The essential oils in the distillate were then solvent extracted before treatment with base to remove acidic compounds. The slightly brown neutral essential oil mixture was separated and purified by column chromatography. The oil mixture was chromatographed into hydrocarbon and oxy- genated fractions that were analyzed for the chemical components by gas chromatography (GC) equipped with a flame ionization detector (FID) and mass spectrometer detector (MS), Fourier Transform in- frared spectrometer (FT-IR), and nuclear magnetic resonance spec- trometer (NMR). In the hydrocarbon fraction methylheptenone、lin olool oxide、methyl heptadienone、ketoisophotone、3-ethylbenzaldehyde、2'-methylacetophenone、α-terpineol、2,6,6-trimethyl cyclohexa-1,3-dienecarbaldehyde、p-menthen-9-al、eucarvon、nerol、β-homocyclocitral、β-damascenone、geranylacetone、β-ionone、β-ionone epoxide、dihydroactinidiolide、(E)-4-(buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-enone、hexahydrofarnesyl acetone、hepta decan-2-one、farnesyl acetone、methyl palmitate、isophytol、phytol. |
