| Popis: | 99 All enterprises, governments, or individuals hope to attain competitve superiority by acquiring and applying knowledge efficiently in the times of knowledge-based economy and lifelong learning. Along with the working environment fast change, more and more enterprises have been investing in technology-mediated training systems to let the employees learn the knowledge and skills of new technology, new product and new service. The study is based on “Technology Readiness Index” and constructs an individual’s technology readiness, to probe into the important factors which influence individual technology readiness. The study adopted survey study and performed data analysis and model validation on the responded questionnaires by using CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). The investigation objects are mainly manufactured by Nice Group, and it is verified and confirmed for 4 technology readiness factors by total of 240 valid questionnaires. |
