The Study on Participate Motivation, Service Quality and Satisfaction of Participants in China Youth Corps (CYC) Leisure Courses

| Popis: | 99 The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference among the participators’motivation, service quality and satisfaction to the sports and recreational programs of Taoyuan Social Education Center, China Youth Corps (CYC). Subjects of this study were consisted of 621 participators from 4 social educational centers in Taoyuan, CYC. The instrument of this study was by using “Questionnaire of Evaluating Satisfaction for sports and recreation courses participation of CYC”. Data analysis was by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlations and multiple regression by using IBM SPSS 19.0 statistic package software. The results of this study indicated that: 1. There are significant differences for motivation, service quality and satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses among the participators. 2. The participatos’ motivation are significant correlated with satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses. 3. The participatos’ service quality satisfaction are significant correlated with satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses. 4. The participators’ satisfaction of motivation and service quality are highly forecasted to satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses. |
