Design and Analysis of DC-free CPPM

| Popis: | 99 Continuous-phase Phase Modulation (CPPM) is a novel constant envelope modulation system. The good performance for bandwidth efficiency and power efficiency for CPPM system is not different with tradition Continuous-Phase Frequency Modulation(CPM) system that is proud and excellent than other modulation system, such like PSK and QAM. Even the Euclid minimum distance of CPPM is better than CPM in the same Viterbi receiver complexity. In the case of system receiver complexity reducing, we known the good point which complexity will be decreased with some power efficiency loss. In this paper, we review CPPM system and discuss another point, changing the transmitter to improve other feature which we care about. Our goal is altering the component of transmitter to reduce the bandwidth efficiency without decrease power efficiency. Hereafter, we will discuss how to revert the system to constant envelope. Because after our action, the system will not keeping constant envelope any more. Final we will talk over all case which the CPPM system have DC component. |
