Popis: | 99 Since the Ministry of National Defense imposed “Bill of Lean Army” in 1997, unrest has spread among military personnel. The government has promoted the policy of “Three Secured” since 2000, reducing the impact of reform with the mean of register localization. This study explores whether register localization has impacts upon job satisfaction, work-family conflict, and work engagement of military personnel. It finds that while register localization has a positive impact upon job satisfaction and work engagement, it has no impact upon work-family conflict. It also finds that register-prioritized assignment makes a significant difference in term of job satisfaction, and so does the marital status in term of work-family conflict. Based upon these results, the study suggests that (1) Train up potential leadership, enhance job satisfaction of register-localized personnel, and convert job satisfaction into dedication; (2) Maintain the policy of register localization; (3) Value the need of register localization for married personnel; (4) Prioritize local register assignment, so that the enhanced job satisfaction could prevent disciplinary issues; (5) Set up progressive management and cultivate job dedication. |
