| Popis: | 98 This report according to the Government Procurement Law 93th regulation: If the property and service have the same demand character. Every institutions need to sign the “Demand Supply Contracter” with the firms.and the “Demand Supply Contracter ” need to announced on May 17, 1999. The law 8th provide every institutions need to use the “Demand Supply Contracter ” to make procurement. Every institutions can purchase goods according to the “Demand Supply Contracter” and contact with the firms to order,pay,chack and accept. By this kind of operation we can improve the administrative performance of government agencies, streamline procurement operating procedures and promote the efficiency of purchasing operations. At the same time, we can enhance the link with the public. This report combines “Fuzzy Sets Theory” and “Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP”. The questionnaire of experts is according to the “Demand Supply Contracter ”. Finally, amendments to the Buckley “FAHP” to calculate the priority of the procurement assessment. This report contains six members and twenty rules. In consequence of the report becomes the important foundation for institutions and firms when they purchase and marketing. |
