| Popis: | 97 In the world of globalization and revolution in information technology, to lower costs, enlarge product assortment, improve product reliable delivery dares through effective and efficient coordination activities is really important to every business. ERP system is an enabling technology, which integrates various functional information systems into a united suite of business applications across the company. However, successful implementation of ERP systems requires active participation from various functional areas in order to illustrate the impact of the systems on the business and the functional level strategies. In this paper, we have endeavored to provide a brief overview of ERP systems and highlight its modules and the implementation of ERP system. Specifically, the objective of this paper is to give a broad based overview of enterprise resource planning systems and the implementation requirement of the systems to recommend some suggestion to imply successfully ERP in Vietnam.
