This text probes into metal optics character for lying between electric material and metal interface, surface plasmon resonance character of the metal membrane. First, the research probes into plasmon principle on the foundation and metal electromagnetic effect, then, through optics design of instrument and CMOS sensitization chip software procedure accomplish SPR effect between metal membrane resonate and the glass; This experiment department by laser, speculum, prism, a specimen of metal membrane, under thickness of the metal membrane and systematic parameter optimization, get the steady SPR curve; It will use this metal sample to measure the wavelength of different incident light to get each SPR curve, then will probe into the biological factor whether can achieve to monitor the measurable system.
