Popis: | 97 In immune therapy, it is very important to decide the dose and concentration ofβ-glucan. This research presents an analysis system to help serve this problem. In this system β-glucan is used to accelerate the growth of immune cells and compare the differences between NK cells, T4 cells, and T8 cells. The goal is to observe the most effected one. There are two subjects in this experiment. Twelve blood samples of each subject are given β-glucan of different concentrations. The samples were cultured in the CO2 incubator. The percentage change of cells was estimated via the flow cytometer. This experiment was repeated three times to eliminate any bias. SPSS was used to analyze the data. First, Levene’s test was used to examined the data. If it was significant, then one way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test were used to process the comparison. We found that the percentage of NK cells increased significantly with β-glucan. |
