Facing the rapid changes of circumstance and limited resources, the entrepreneurial government aims at government reinvention to meet the demand for the people and catch up with the current trends. The Development of technology、 prevalence of internet and convenience of logistics bring the global villages and also help the commodities marketing around the world. The enterprises, who are able to provide the quality and safety products, will earn the strengths of competitive and sustainable operation in the future. The Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection(hereinafter BSMI) carries the mission to connect world standardization and improve the domestic industries. The commodity standardization not only provides scientific base for manufacturers in designing, production process and after service but also utilizes in examination and approval for products safety. The entrepreneurial government is imitating the organization operation and management method of business along with the active and innovative spirit for administrative reform to cope with the rapid changes of circumstances for obtaining confidence and support from the people. This article is try to stand on point of view of the entrepreneurial government and customer-orientated to review the present inspection system for protecting people’s life and prosperity. Meanwhile, BSMI looks forward to having effective and efficient inspection service in the future. The individual study is adopted by this case and focusing on the relationship between BSMI and customers with extensive and detailed descriptions. The study wishes to seize the key issues and offer the suggestions for establishing a perfect management on the safety of commodity. This study discovered that inspection service could be promoted by teaching the concept of customer-orientation、 strengthening the inspection techniques through training course and installing the advanced equipments. The commodity inspection process could be improved by questionnaire responses from customers、cooperation platform established among the industries, academies and government, as well e-government services. At last, we hope to do our best setting up a commodity safety network and advocating the recognition of commodity safety for customers.
