This text faces from the organization structure and strategy of standpoint that focus on the influence of knowledge ecology (knowledge distribution, knowledge interaction, knowledge competition, knowledge evolution) and KM styles (dynamic, human-oriented, system-oriented, passive) on performance effects of CoPs (indirect effects of CoPs, direct effects of CoPs). This research got the some research outcomes: (a)By using regression analysis, knowledge ecosystem which in knowledge distribution and knowledge competition has the positive influence on indirect effects of CoPs ; knowledge ecosystem which in knowledge distribution and knowledge interaction has the positive influence on direct effects of CoPs. (b)By using MANOVA and ANOVA, in spite of under the indirect effects of CoPs and direct effects of CoPs, the being a dynamic KM style was better than passive KM style ;and under the indirect effects of CoPs, the being a human-oriented KM style was better than passive KM style.(c) By using Chow test analysis, under the indirect effects of CoPs, the being a human-oriented KM style in knowledge ecosystem was better than passive KM style ;but under the direct effects of CoPs, the all KM styles in knowledge ecosystem wasn’t significant.
