Popis: | 94 The major purpose of this thesis was to explore and analyze the factors of the process of school organizational learning. The research employed a case study in order to understand how the teachers reflect the process of school organizational learning. After reviewing the related literature, the methodology used in this thesis was qualitative approaches, and data were collected through structured interview. According to the results of the research, the main conclusions were concluded as follows: 1.To create new committees would have drive organizational learning in school. 2. The major factor of school organizational learning is transformative leadership. 3. Honest and candid feedback to colleagues are positive school organizational cultures that would have influences on teacher’s learning. 4. The environmental factors that about autonomy on teaching, evaluation methodologies and learning opportunities would have influences on teacher’s learning. 5. Both transformative leadership and school organizational cultures influence teacher’s learning .But through teacher’s learning, transformative leadership and school organizational cultures wouldn’t have influences on student’s learning. According to the conclusions, this research proposed suggestions for the senior high schools, and the teachers how to build up the learning school. At last, it provided some suggestions for future research on learning school. |
