Popis: | 92 This study took Mitsubishi EDM Machine with single-pulse silicon power amplifier discharge reflux and PC control pulse capacitor discharge reflux to make the process of single-pulse discharging then produce the micro-ball probe in the air.The straightened pure tungsten (ψ300μm) is the material of electrode and combined with high-speed spindle and WEDG constitution then the electrode was adjusted to the length of 1000μm. The conic electrode of the front of thirty degree of ψ50μm electrode discharged to SKD11 board.According to changing the position of setting the electrode, to discuss this issue, the model of upper spindle and bottom board, respectively combined with single-pulse silicon power amplifier discharge reflux and single-pulse capacitor discharge reflux so as to gain the effects of those situations to the form of micro-ball electrode.This text used the experiment of Taguchi method to design the text and the analyze the numbers after the text and by this Taguchi method to find the best references which were the biggest micro-ball electrode 147μm and the smallest ofset. The micro reverse discharge model used Sodick AQ35L to produce successfully the micro Mould that has the same contraposition 300dpi nozzle plate through the models of direct reverse and shake fabricated further assorted with three residue ways including enforced spraying, absorbing and free current.The average diameter of micro Mould construction is 56.52μm and the average length is 20μm. |
