摻雜微量錳對[Fe(10Å)/Pt(10Å)]15/MgO(100)多層膜之結構與磁性質影響

By using the molecular-beam epitaxial technique, 300 Å thick FePtMn multilayer films were deposited on 150 Å thick Pt buffer layers at 100oC on MgO(100) substrates. We analysis the changes of film’s structure and magnetic properties between several compositions in the heat treatment range 300oC~700oC and different Mn doping from 0% to 1.5%. We analysis FePt films’s epitaxy condition by using the in-situ reflection high-energy electron diffraction and make sure the lattice structure by ex-situ X-ray diffraction. We measured the hysteresis loops and covercivity of FePtMn multilayer by using longitudinal magneto-optical Kerr effect. The results show that the covercivity of FePtMn multilayer in poly structure is bigger than in epitaxy structure after postannealing in different temperature. But the squarness of FePtMn multilayer in exitaxy structure is better than in poly structure. In different postannealing conditions, when we rise the postannealing temperature, the covercivity of FePtMn multilayer will rise too. By dopping different Mn to FePtMn mulilayer, the film’s covercivity will be promoted. When dopping Mn 1.5%, annealing at 600oC for one hour, we can get the biggest covercivity.
