The study of mechanism of knowledge sharing in knowledge management

Popis: | 90 Present-day information technology may play an important role in the enterprise information-knowledge transformation; however, manipulation of employee is the most important factor. According to a research result, when enforcing the knowledge management mechanism in companies or organizations, 48% of the overall obstruction is induced by “the inner resistances of the organization”, while insufficient technical support problem causes only 19% of it. Therefore, when an enterprise introduces its own knowledge management system, the first thing to be done is to organize specific manpower to form a team and explore the implicit knowledge of the organization. This article focuses mostly on how to construct a knowledge management system and how to share knowledge, and discusses briefly on how to build a learning system. Useful methods and mechanisms for sharing knowledge and constructing learning system were proposed by comparisons and surveys of some enterprises having their own knowledge management system. |
