Popis: | 89 Knowledge is the most important property of entrepreneur in the knowledge-based economical age. Knowledge management will affect organization innovation. Entrepreneurs have to adopt knowledge management and organizational innovation measures to enhance its competitive advantages. This study is to explore the effects of multi-layer structure of knowledge management on organizational innovation through literature review and empirical studies, and to show how an entrepreneur can apply knowledge management to promote its organizational innovation. This study also will construct a knowledge management model and organizational innovation scheme. By applying the questionnaires on high-tech industries, one can investigate and analyze the relationships generated under various layers of knowledge management on organizational innovation. The results of study also indicate the significant relationship between the knowledge management and the application of organizational innovation. Finally, this study will report the critical barriers that an entrepreneur may face in promoting its knowledge management. |
