| Popis: | 88 Organizational change is urgent and cost. If changes can be finished rapidly, that will be good for organizational competitive advantage. The present study investigated the factors which affected time to take for an implementation of ISO9000 Quality Certification activities. The Newton''s law of motion was adopted as an framework to identify those factors. The results of data analysis demonstrated that the more formalization and less authority centralization the time of change is shorter. The more resources invested and the smaller of organizational size the change performance is higher. |
