Popis: | 88 This research focuses on the mixed product sequence of assembly line and a systematic study of mixed assembly line balancing problems. Heuristic methods are used to solve the problems of cycle time、number of workstation and workstation contents. The performance measures are based on the efficiency of the workstation and as well as mixed product assembly line. The simulation results indicate that the proposed heuristic methods are useful under a variety of circumstances. Six concluding remarks can be made as follows: 1. The mixed product assembly lines is feasible in the case of fixed cycle time, cycle time floating in a range, fixed number of workstation, and number of workstation floating in a range. 2. The traditional single product assembly line is feasible, if the precedence diagram of all products are not similar. 3. The numbers of task required for assembly line affects the assembly line balance. If the cycle time is fixed and number of task is not too few, the efficiency of the workstation and mixed product assembly line can be improved. 4. If the fewer limitations on number of steps in the assembly sequence, then the higher rate of balance will be reached. 5. In fixed number of workstation, and number of workstation floating in a range, for reach the higher the efficiency of the workstation and mixed product assembly line. The cycle time few is best choice. 6. The mixed product assembly line will generate better efficiency on workstation than mixed product assembly line, then the rate of efficiency of the workstation will be higher than assembly lines. |
