對胺基苯酚衍生物之合成和氧化後螢光性質之探討與其在簡易分子擴散臭氧捕器之研究

Ozone is an atmospheric oxidant formed through photochemical reactions of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides. A simple diffusive ozone sampler, which allowed to determine atmospheric ozone. In order to get higher sensitivity for the fluorometic determination of a simple diffusive ozone sample. The studies were on the variation of different sampling solutions and buffer solutions. Synthesizing twelve p-aminophenol-type compounds. They were oxidized with K3Fe(CN)6 in a slightly alkaline solution (pH8.5). And the variation of the fluorescence intensity were determined. p-Acetamido phenol was judged to be the best compound. There are four buffer solutions, Borate、Tris 、Phosphate and Glycin. Borate buffer was judged to be the best buffer solution.
