| Popis: | 81 Technology based new venture is the future of national industry, venture capital also grows to provide capital and involves management of new venture. the purposes of this research are follows : to understand the real situation of new venture and venture capital、to provide some suggestion to both side.the finding can be summarized as follows: 1.Technology based new venture''s strategies include low cost strategy、differention strategy and middle strategy, low cost and differention strategy perform better than middle strategy.the formers provide high-middle quality、middle price product, take special order、satisfy their segaments and lower their cost. 2.Venture capital''s involvment is lower than new venture, they focuses on finacial activities, but very few opera- tional activities ;Technology based new venture needs marketing assistance, but gap between both sides is so large. 3.50% of venture capital''s investments is low cost strategy firms, and involves management in middle scale;percentage of differention strategy is most few, but management invo- lvment is most high. high management involvment involves high performance. 4.When new venture thinks venture capital''s technology invo- lvment is very importance, low cost and differention strat- egies perform better .when scale of company is large, low cost performs better. when scale of company is small, we should take differention strategy. |
