Popis: Aim: This study aims to analyse the relationship between nurses' turnover intentions working in pandemic hospitals and their trust in the manager. Method: The designed as a descriptive and correlational study was conducted with 211 nurses working in a hospital located in Istanbul and providing intensive service during the outbreak process. As the data collection tools, the survey form about the descriptive information, the Trust in the Manager Sub-Scale of the Organisational Trust Scale, and the Turnover Intention Scale were utilised in the study. The data were analysed with descriptive statistical methods, Independent-Samples T-Test, the Pearson correlation test, and simple linear regression analysis. Results: It was found that, of the participant nurses, 37.4% were aged 18-25 years, 82.5% were female, 57.8% were single, 63.3% had a bachelor's degree, and 16.6% worked in the services where patients with coronavirus are hospitalized. It was discerned that the means of scores obtained by the participant nurses from the Trust in the Manager Sub-Scale and the Turnover Intention Scale were 3,77+-1,45 (1-6) and 7,11+-3,40 (3-15). It was ascertained that there was a weak negative relationship between the trust in the manager and turnover intentions (r=-0.18, p=0.006). Conclusion: The study found that, as the trust felt by the nurses towards the manager increased, there was a decrease in nurses' turnover intentions, although it was a small decrease. To reduce nurses' intentions to leave their jobs during the pandemic, the managing nurses should create a trusting environment by exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude.
