Popis: Signalling endosomes are known to be essential for neuronal survival. Here the authors show that, in cultured hippocampal neurons and live Drosophilalarval motor neurons, neuronal activity increases the retrograde flux of signalling endosomes, and this coupling depends on TrkB activation.
