Popis:	Parents' care on the child continues until the end of the training period, to the extent that it can be expected according to the circumstances of the parents, even though the child is mature. The continuation of the education of the adult child in the country or abroad is not a criterion used in the determination of the maintenance obligation. In other words, if the child continues his / her education in an educational institution in Turkey and continues to study in an educational institution abroad, he / she should attend the education of the family and the education expenses of the child. The fact that education system abroad differs from Turkish education system constitutes a matter of evaluation whether the right of parental guardianship or non-guardianship of parental right to continue education obligation on child is assessed within the framework of provisions of Turkish Civil Code.
