| Popis: | The article is devoted to the role of higher education in the formation of soft skill competencies among workers in the service industry. It provides an overview of the research base on which research related to the study of innovations in the field of education is based. The role of higher education in the formation of "softskills" as the competencies of service sector employees based on the subject-object area of research is also substantiated. The concept "skills" is considered both in domestic and foreign experience. Terminology and classifications of this concept are being updated. |
