Popis: Knowledge is the value connected with each social development and development of economy, as well. It is generally recognised value and, therefore, it is in reference to ius naturale, native rights, generally recognised also. Such values are, nowdays, the part of concept of fundamental freedoms and rights and their protection. However, their protection must be accompanied by the consciousness of wellbeing of everybody. The values like universalisation, globalisation, education, help restauration of society and social and economic progress. In such a progress, there must be place for free economy, market, economic growth, and such a development belongs to people. Without knowledge and education these values could turn to their opposition, under the exuse of achievement of "welfare state". It is why they are protected by the highest domestic and international regulations.
