According to the safety input requirements of coal mining enterprises based on Safety Production Law, this paper adopts the specialist marking methods and the sequence relations to decide the weights of the investment requirements in the production law, and then uses Cobb-Douglas production function to build the coal mine safety input optimization model, uses the JM mine’s safety investment funds in recent years and MATLAB to perform multiple iterative calculations to obtain a reasonable allocation of coal safety inputs, safety engineering, mining technology upgrade, safety management transformation and safety training in the coal mine safety production, which provides a basis for future coal mine safety production inputs. |
