Popis: Curaxins are a recently discovered class of anti-cancer agents that disturbs DNA/histone interactions within. Here the authors provide evidence that curaxins affect the spatial genome organization and compromise enhancer-promoter communication necessary for expression of several oncogenes, including MYC.
