Popis: The incidence of stoma complications ranges from 20-70%. Pseudoverrucous Epitheliomatous Hyperplasia (PEH) is a rare complication of the peristomal skin of unknown incidence, without protocol treatment, and with a significant impact on the patient's quality of life. There are numerous ways to treat peristomal lesions, mostly outpatient care. We report a case of peristomal PEH in which surgical intervention was performed using the shaving technique with very satisfactory aesthetic and functional results.
