Popis:	J. Schumpeter's two models of the national economy are considered in this paper, namely the model of capitalism and the model of socialism. The methodological basis of this study is a system approach, including the theories of synergetics, cybernetics, homeostatics. The internal contradictions of the models of capitalism and socialism are shown in this paper.
