Popis: | Biodegradation is an economical and efficacious option to purification among purifying methods. Capable PAHs degrading microorganisms are common in sediments contaminated by these compounds. Purifying ability enhance with biosurfactant production by microorganisms. Hence in this research after isolation and identification of two antheracen resistant bacteria, Pesudomonas aeruginosa and Pesudomonas putida, from Khore Musa oil polluted sediments, growth rate and biosurfactant production comparisons were studied. Three techniques, Blood agar, Drop collaps and Oil spread, were used in order to biosurfactant production scrutiny. Results showed that both species had good growth in media containing 10, 20 and 30 mg/lit anthracene but P.aeruginosa had more growth and biosurfactant production in these 3 concentrations. |
