Popis: Highlights • This is first study to present chimeric protein rPvpA-pMGA as a candidate antigen in ELISA. • High-yield 138 mg/L purification of recombinant protein. • rPvpA-pMGA is a reliable immunogenic protein which induced high amount of humoral immune response. • rPvpA-pMGA showed high performance for evaluation of antibody level in vaccinated poultry flocks.
