Popis: | This is an indicative mini-review on possible new therapeutics for COVID-19 with preexisting ischemic morbidities. The review highlights a new supportive therapeutic approach where lysine-induced controlled vascular organization (angiogenesis) has been demonstrated in reversal of cerebrovascular ischemic stroke which appears to be one of the few final fatal clinical outcomes of current COVID-19 infections. Further, a parallel supportive time-bound induction of fresh exchange beds, by way of rapid collateral formation, is proposed in all comorbid ischemic patients with the low-molecular-weight angiogen(s), with an objective of mitigation of tissue/organ ischemia. |
