| Popis: | Inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs is a group of infectious diseases of various etiology which primarily affect young sexually active women. The diagnosis is usually made on clinical grounds as there is no a single test that would allow for a differential diagnosis. However, regardless of the clinical pattern, once the diagnosis of a pelvic inflammatory disease is confirmed, it requires adequate treatment with immunomodulatory agents. |
